My wife, Karin, and I downsized a couple of years ago and moved a bit further out from Atlanta. We are still close to our two grandchildren and two of our three adult children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I retired from HP years ago. I spent the first few years of retirement trying to determine what to do with my now-unneeded collection of suits and ties. Eventually, I determined I should do something more productive with my time. That didn’t work either, so I wrote a book, Zen and the Art of Christmas Letters<\/em> (available on Amazon<\/a>) which is much better than it sounds. You are no doubt thinking that is not difficult, since it sounds pretty bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lately, I have been keeping busy trying to convince an agent to take my soon-to-be-completed novel to a publisher. Don’t you just love the word “eponymous?” There are too few opportunities to use it in this life, so I had to fit it in here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
